Under a beautiful glass roof, the restaurant features a residency programme with guest chefs presenting creative menus each month based on seasonal products and Mediterranean or Asian inspirations. Dinner‑show options cost around €45 (starter and main or main and dessert) or €55 for a three‑course meal. The Sunday brunch includes pastries, eggs, smoked salmon and dessert for €24. Weekend snacking from €10 is available without reservation.
Below deck, a 110‑seat theatre hosts comedy shows, stand‑up, cabaret and acoustic showcases in an intimate setting. The programming focuses on emerging talent, both in French and English. The bar is open before and after shows, with a lovely terrace offering views of Île de la Cité and Notre‑Dame.
